Software usability
- Once you stop getting new information, make a decision. Exactly one person must own every decision. A wrong decision is frequently better than no decision.
- Almost every technical decision has usability implications.
- The engineers have to care about usability to even recongize the questions.

Yep, definitely with you on “make a decision.” Even if it’s “identify it as something you can’t decide yet, what you need to know to decide it, and when you will know this and revisit it.” And it would help a lot to have more engineers who can cross-think the implications of decisions for users; it’s hard for some people to do this.
